本发明的目的在于设计一种带有由微孔构成图形的卷烟用水松纸, 使水松 纸即是滤嘴的接装纸, 又有侧流空气的补充进一步降焦, 还能在不同品牌使用 不同特有的防伪微孔图形。
本发明的技术方案是: 带有孔径为 0.02mm 0.3mm的微孔, 微孔有序 排列构成图形,所述的不重复图形的几何尺寸小于 15mm,其特征在于所述的图 形是字符形状, 其特征在于所述的圆形是由圆弧构成的图形, 所述的图形是由 直线构成的 " Δ "、 "X"或者其它简单几何图形, 所述的图形是由圆弧、 直线或 下弦曲线组合构成的圆形。
上述技术方案中,在水松纸上打有孔径为 0.02mm 05 0.3mm微孔本身就 有一定技术含量, 并且使之由微孔构成特定的图形, 一般技术专业设备是不能 够完成的, 而任何一支卷烟上均有这样的微孔图形, 防伪的功能是显而易见的。
上述技术方案中, 由于要在每一支卷烟上均能形成完整图形, 所以图形应 小于 15mm; 根据目前激光, 电脉冲打孔的现状和对水松纸物理性能的要求, 孔 径在 0.02mm 0.3mm之间为优。
上述技术方案中, 由于微孔构成图形, 就必然使微孔分布有一定的区域, 而非从前线状的较窄的区域, 所以在侧流补充空气时, 在一定的空间有一定的 梯度, 使包括 CO的有害气体消除或降低。
本发明的优点在于, 即有能使卷烟吸食时最佳侧流空气补充, 达到降低有 害成份的目的, 又能形成难予仿造的防伪标识, 是较为理想的水松纸。 附图概述
