Abstract
The present invention relates to a cigarette tip paper. The cigarette tip paper has pores of 0.02-0.3 mm diameter, said pores are formed into figures in order to form an anti-forgery mark. The present invention is advantageous in that the cigarette packaged with said paper not only obtains the supply of optimum sidestream air when smoking the cigarette, but also has an anti-forgery mark.
Description
Cigarette Tip Paper with Figures Which is Formed by Pores
Field of the Invention
This invention refers to cigarette material, and more particularly to a cigarette tip paper for the filter tip.
Background of the Invention
The development of cigarette with filter tip reduces the content of tar oil greatly. At present, the leading cigarette manufacture enterprises have begun to perforate on the tip paper with electric impulse or laser, further to reduce the harmful ingredients inhaled from the cigarette by smokers. By now, because of the randomly perforating by the electric impulse and the continuously perforating by laser, only tip paper with micropore belt in certain banding areas or with micmpores in straight line by laser are obtained. Furthermore, current cigarette manufacture enterprises use their brand to indicate their product quality to the customers, thus it's difficult for the cigarette enterprises to overcome the anti-counterfeiting technology.
Brief Summary of the Invention
The purpose of the invention is to design a cigarette tip paper with figures formed by micropores, thereby the cigarette tip paper can be used as a plug wrap paper for the filter tip, also can be used to reduce the tar oil inhaled with the supplement of side air flow. Further, different anti-counterfeiting figures are available on the cigarette tip paper for different brands.
The technical solution of the invention is: on the cigarette tip paper, micropores with diameter O.O2mm (I) O.3mm are orderly arranged to form various figures, a geometrical size of the non-repeated figures are less than 15mm, wherein the figures --are-characterizedby4ifferentshapes.composecj of differentcomponents, forexamp1e, characters, circulars or arcs, "Lx " "X" or other simple figures composed of line segments, or figures composed of circulars, arcs, line segments, or last quarter curves.
In the above technical solution, the cigarette tip paper with micropores of diameter O.O2mm CI) O.3mm is difficult to achieve in terms of technology. What's more, the cigarette tip paper with figures formed by micropores are more difficult for general professional facilities. However, if the figures formed by micropores are arranged on each cigarette, its anti-counterfeiting function is obvious.
In the above solution, the whole figure on each cigarette should be less than 15mm. In consideration to the current perforating technologies by laser or electric impulse and the requirements to the physical property of the cigarette tip paper, the micropores are preferred with diameter O. O2mm Cl) O.3mm.
In the above solution, the micropores are distributed in certain areas and form figures, instead of conventional linear narrow area, thereby when the air flow are supplemented from the side, the air flow has a certain gradient in a specific area. This causes that harmful gases including CO are prevented or reduced.
The advantage of the invention lies in that the cigarette tip paper can either supply side air flow when smoking, thus effectively reduce harmful ingredients in the cigarette, or provide anti-counterfeiting marks on the cigarette, difficult to falsify.

Detailed Description of Preferred Embodiments
The following embodiments are introduced to make further description to the invention: Example 1: Perforating on shaped cigarette tip paper utilizing a controllable laser equipment, and the diameter of the micropore is 0.06mm, and the micropores are arranged like a Chinese word "".
Example 2: Similar to example 1, but the micropores are arranged like a Chinese word Example 3: Similar to example I, but the micropores are arranged like " ".
Example 4: The shaped cigarette tip paper is protected using a layer of insulating material with a shape like" ", and then micropore belts with a shape like " "are perforated in non-protected areas on the cigarette tip paper, and the diameter of the micropore is 0.05mm (I) 0.2mm.
Example 5: On the shaped cigarette tip paper, micropore belts with a arc shape like are perforated by a laser perforating equipment, with its laser perforating head swinging perpendicular to the paper-feeding direction.

- Claims: 1. A cigarette tip paper with figures formed by micropores,wherein micropores with diameter of O.O2mnv) O.3mm are orderly arranged on the cigarette tip paper (1) to form the figures.
- 2. The cigarette tip paper with figures formed by inicropores of claim 1, wherein it's in the figures, a geometrical size of the non-repeated figures are less than 15mm.
- 3. The cigarette tip paper with figures formed by niicropores of claim 1, wherein the figures has a shape like a character.
- 4. The cigarette tip paper with figures formed by micropores of claim 1, wherein the figures are composed of circular arcs.
- 5. The cigarette tip paper with figures formed by micropores of claim 1, wherein the figures are simple geometrical shapes, like " ".. "X" , composed of line segments.
- 6. The cigarette tip paper with figures formed by micropores of claim 1, wherein the figures are circular shapes composed of arcs, straight lines, or and last quarter curves.
