Abstract

 非鉄金属精錬工程などから産出する、銅と共存元素を含む塩化物水溶液から、有機抽出剤を用いて銅イオンを選択的に抽出し、その後逆抽出することにより、銅を効率的に分離回収する方法を提供する。  本発明の方法は、銅と共存元素を含む塩化物水溶液から、銅を分離回収する溶媒抽出方法であって、前記塩化物水溶液の酸化還元電位(銀/塩化銀電極規準)を0~350mVにした後、トリブチルフォスフェイトを主成分とする有機溶媒からなる抽出剤に接触混合させて銅を選択的に抽出させる第一の工程、および銅を抽出した抽出剤を水溶液に接触混合させて銅を逆抽出させる第二の工程を含むことを特徴とする。
