Abstract

本発明は、判定部をエンボスホログラムで形成する際に、製造時間の短縮が困難である点、エンボス型の製造時の工程数が多く、判定部のパタ−ンの変更が困難な点を解消可能な真偽判定用媒体に関するものであり、加熱により光の透過率もしくは反射率が変化する素材で構成した薄膜層（２）、必要に応じて介在する配向膜（４）、色変化層（３）、例えばコレステリック液晶層からなる光選択反射性層を、基材（１２）上に積層し、サ−マルヘッド等により薄膜層（２）に記録を行ない、記録した部分の光選択反射性層（３）の色相変化や円偏光板を介したときの反射の有無や色相を観察することにより、上記の課題を解決することができた。
