Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition d'assaisonnement sans amertume conçue comme substitut du chlorure de sodium dans des produits alimentaires cuits ou non cuits. Ladite composition comprend un acide organique, un sel de potassium, un sel de calcium, un sel de magnésium et de la farine de riz. Ce sel minéral fournit également un complément alimentaire en magnésium, calcium et potassium sels minéraux alimentaires indispensables auquel on a ajouté des aromatisants et de faibles concentrations de chlorure de sodium. On obtient un produit d'assaisonnement agréablement salé qui présente des caractéristiques identiques à celles du sel de table commun. Ce produit d'assaisonnement convient aux consommateurs souffrant d'hypertension, d'obésité, d'ostéoporose et de troubles cardiaques et rénaux, et à l'industrie de traitement alimentaire en général. On peut utiliser cette composition sans restriction du fait que sa consommation en excès est inoffensive pour la santé par opposition à celle du chlorure de sodium. On peut également ajouter de l'iode à ladite composition.
