Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Staubsauger mit einem Staubsaugergehäuse, das ein Unterteil (2) und ein auf dieses aufsetzbares Oberteil (14) umfaßt, und mit einem um eine Schwenkachse verschwenkbar am Unterteil gelagerten Griffbügel (20), der einen Griff (24) aufweist sowie zwei vom Griff endseitig abstehende Schenkel (25, 26), wo­bei an den Schenkeln (25, 26) und am Oberteil Verriegelungselemente (50, 56) angeordnet sind, die einander bei vertikaler Ausrichtung des Griffbügels (20) hintergreifen. Um den Staubsauger derart weiterzubilden, daß die Gefahr einer Beschädigung des Staubsaugers bei dessen Handhabung verringert werden kann, wird erfin­dungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß im Abstand zu den Verriegelungselementen (50, 56) zumindest an einem Schenkel (25, 26) und am Staubsaugergehäuse Rastelemente (38, 40) an­geordnet sind, die durch Verschwenken des Griffbügels (20) in seine vertikale Stel­lung miteinander in Eingriff bringbar sind.
