Ce dispositif utilise principalement le transfert d'appel dans un système d'abonné mobile occupé. Lors d'un appel entrant, le transfert d'appel se résume ainsi: établissement de communication, fin, initialisation, compatibilité, optimisation du transfert d'appel en cas de non réponse et transfert d'appel en cas d'appel entrant sur une base de transfert d'appel sans réponse. Ce procédé permet ainsi à l'abonné de transférer sélectivement l'appel entrant vers un numéro donné, ou de transférer l'appel vers le numéro choisi en fonction du numéro de l'appel entrant ou de la situation, sur la base des règles de préréglage. L'invention permet de conserver le même matériel de téléphone mobile et d'ajouter facilement cette fonction à la plate-forme existante du téléphone mobile.
