折叠式帐篷撑杆
技术领域 本发明涉及一种帐篷配件, 尤指一种折叠式帐篷撑杆。 背景技术 现有技术中, 常见的折叠式 篷结构如图 1所示, 其包括若干撑 杆 1' 撑挂一帐篷本体 V , 再于撑杆 1' 上方罩设一篷布 6' , 从而构 成一完整的帐篷。 再如图 2所示, 该撑杆 1' 实际上是由若干中空的 杆体相互插接而成, 而为了实现插接,在每一杆体的一端固定有一套 管 3', 且在各杆体内设有弹性黾 4' , 该弹性绳 4' 两端固设于两端 的杆体上, 从而使各杆体能稳固的插接在一起。 在收折时, 如图 3所 示, 将各杆体拨开并弯折, 从而将一根较长的撑杆 1' 折叠成较短的 状态。
然而, 上述撑杆 1' 的各杆体在折叠后, 其内的弹性绳 4' 将暴 露并突出于杆体的端部之外, 当将折叠后的各杆体直立摆放或携带 时, 外露且突出的弹性绳 4' 极易受到外力磨损而断裂, 尤其是若发 生折叠后的各杆体垂直掉落时,各杆体的重量将直接作用于弹性绳 4' 上, 则更易使弹性绳 4' 磨损而断开; 而对于管壁较薄的金属杆体来 说(如铝制杆体), 虽然其重量较轻, 但较薄的管壁对弹性绳 ^ 具 有一定的切割力, 从而也易使 性绳 4' 断开。
针对上述问题, 有业者将 性绳 4' 设为若干段, 且在而各段之 间由金属链连接, 并使该金属链位于各杆体的连接处, 因此当折叠撑 杆 1' 时, 暴露于外的不是弹性绳 4' , 而是金属链, 从而增加的耐磨 强度。 但此结构的材料成本较高, 且加工不易致使成本也较高, 从而 使产品的市场竟争力下降。 发明内容 本发明的目的在于提供一种折叠式帐篷撑杆,其可保护内部弹性 绳不易磨损断裂且加工成本较^ ί氐。
为实现上述目的, 本发明的技术解决方案是: 一种折叠式帐篷撑 杆, 由一组中空的杆体相互插揍而成, 且在各杆体内设有弹性绳, 该 弹性绳两端固设于两端的杆体上, 其中: 该杆体至少一端部设有至少 —个可容置弹性绳的凹槽。
该每一杆体的一端固定有套管, 所述的凹槽设于杆体的套管上。 该凹槽的形状为光滑过渡的弧形。
该杆体或套管的端部为波浪状,该波浪状的波谷部分构成所述的
EJ槽。
该杆体或套管的端面为一斜切面 ,该斜切面的底端与杆体或套管 的中空部分构成所述的凹槽。
该凹槽为两段式凹槽,即上段的两侧为弧形,底段还有一段凹槽。 该凹槽的数量为 2 - 6个。
采用上述方案后,由于本发明在撑杆的各杆体端部设置了可容置 弹性绳的凹槽,当撑杆收折后,其杆体内的弹性绳可容置于该凹槽内, 而非暴露于杆体的端部之外, 当将折叠后的各杆体直立放于地面上 时, 凹槽将弹性繩保护起来, 从而根本不会受到磨损而断裂; 另夕卜, 此结构的加工也极其简单, 成本低。 附图说明 图 1是习知折叠式帐篷的结构示意图;

图 10是本发明第二实施例的结构示意图。 具体实施方式 请如图 4所示,本发明所述的折叠式帐篷撑杆 1与习知技术相同, 也是由一组中空的杆体相互插接而成,该杆体由较重的高强度复合管 制成, 而为了实现插接, 在每一杆体的一端外套且固定一套管 3 , 且 在各杆体内设有弹性绳 4 , 该弹性绳 4两端固设于两端的杆体上, 从 而使各杆体能稳固的插接在一起。 所不同的是:
该杆体至少一端部设有至少一个可容置弹性绳 4的凹槽 5 , 该凹 槽 5的形状可为方形、 弧形或其它任意形状(图中所示为弧形), 而 凹槽 5的深度和形状以能保证弹性绳 4完全容入其内为宜。
在收折撑杆 1时, 如图 5所示, 将各杆体拨开并弯折, 且在变折 的过程中, 将杆体内的弹性绳 4容置于杆体端部的凹槽 5内,从而将 一根较长的撑杆 1折叠成较短的状态。当将折叠后的各杆体直立放于 地面上时, 由于弹性绳 4藏于凹槽 5内而非暴露于 4†体的端部之外, 因此弹性绳 4被保护起来而根本不会受到磨损而断裂。
本发明所述的凹槽 5可设置于杆体的一端,也可两端均设置, 而 对于杆体设有套管 3的一端, 该凹槽 5则设置于套管 3上。
所述凹槽的结构形状及数量可多种多样,其只要能将弹性绳完全 容于其内而将弹性绳保护起来均可达到本发明的目的,因此不能以该 凹槽的结构形状及数量的不同而脱离本发明的保护范围。下面以套管 3为例来具体说明该凹槽的不同形式:
如图 6所示, 该凹槽 5A的形状为两个光滑过渡的弧形, 两凹槽 5 A的缺口几乎将套管的端面覆盖,使套管的端面上仅余留两个端点, 为防止端点过于尖锐而将弹性绳 4磨断, 两个端点也为光滑的弧形, 从而在套管端部形成波浪状。 这样, 当将撑杆 1的各杆体弯折后, 弹 性绳 4将不会定位在套管的端面的两个端点上,而是很容易地沿着该 凹槽 5A上端的弧形面滑入凹槽 5A的底部, 如此, 既可达到收折后 保护弹性绳 4的功效。
如图 7所示,该套管 3的端面为一斜切面,该斜切面的底端与套 管的中空部分构成所述的凹槽 5B, 该凹槽 5B也可达到上述凹槽 5A 的功效, 该凹槽 5B亦为本发明权利范围所包括的一种凹槽形式, 当 然, 所述斜切面可为平切面或弧切面。
如图 8所示, 该套管 3环端部均布有多个凹槽 5C (一般以 2 - 6 个为宜, 图中所示为 6个), 当将撑杆 1的各杆体折叠后, 弹性绳 4 可滑入就近的一个凹槽 5内, 其可达到更方便收折的功效。
如图 9所示, 该凹槽 5D为两段式凹槽, 上段的两侧为 形, 底 段还有一凹槽, 上段的倾斜弧形对弹性绳 4起到自动导滑的作用, 而 底段的凹槽则可将弹性绳 4容置其内, 而防止弹性绳 4会随处滑动, 产生磨损。
本发明所述的凹槽 5 同样适用于管壁较薄的金属杆体, 如图 10 所示, 该撑杆 1的杆体为铝制杆体, 为实现插接, 在每一杆体的一端 固定一套管 3 , 该套管 3则内套且固定于杆体的一端, 而所迷的凹槽 5同样设置于该杆体的一端或两端, 其结构也可为上述的多种形式。
综上所述,本发明由于在撑杆 1的各杆体端部设置了可容置弹性 绳 4的凹槽, 从而对弹性绳 4起到了保护作用, 而使弹性绳 4不易磨 损而断裂, 且其加工也极其简单, 成本低。
以上所叙述者仅为本发明的较佳实施方式,当不能以之卩艮制本发 明的范围, 即凡依本发明权利要求所做的均等变化及修饰, 均将不失 本发明的要义所在, 亦不脱离本发明的精神和范围, 故都应视为本发 明的进一步实施状况。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种折叠式帐篷撑杆, 由一組中空的杆体相互插接而成 JL 在各杆体内设有弹性绳,该弹性绳两端固设于两端的杆体上,其特扭 在于: 该杆体至少一端部设有至少一个可容置弹性绳的凹槽。

5、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的折叠式帐篷撑杆, 其特征在于: 傻 杆体或套管的端面为一斜切面,该斜切面的底端与杆体或套管的中 部分构成所述的凹槽。
