Abstract

 層状掃気2サイクルエンジンの先導空気制御弁と気化器の混合気絞り弁とを連動駆動する伝導結合機構に関する。先導空気制御弁の弁軸(27)の端部には、カム溝(28c) を有するカム板(28)が取り付けられ、気化器本体(20a) 内に配した混合気絞り弁(21)の弁軸(22)にはレバー(23)が取り付けられている。同レバー(23)には、前記カム板(28)のカム溝(28c) と係合する接触子(24)が配設されている。混合気絞り弁(21)の弁軸(22)及び先導空気制御弁の弁軸(27)には、図示せぬバネが配され、先導空気制御弁及び絞り弁を閉弁させる方向に付勢している。カム板(28)とレバー(23)とにより伝導結合機構としてのカム機構を構成する。かかる構成により、先導空気制御弁又は混合気絞り弁の開弁操作時も閉弁操作時も両弁を強制的に連動駆動させることのできる。
