Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système de rédaction des dernières volontés et d'un testament. La présente invention, à la réception d'une demande de rédaction de testament en provenance du terminal utilisateur, transmet une demande de rédaction de liste de biens hérités, une demande de sélection d'héritiers, une demande d'affectation de biens hérités, et une demande de sélection d'exécuteur testamentaire, puis elle transmet au terminal utilisateur un projet de testament ainsi généré, et génère un testament révisé en cas de demande supplémentaire ou de révision. Cela permet au testateur de satisfaire facilement aux conditions statutaires.
