Du fait que la surface 3 de guidage chariot 6 porte-galet 7 est constituée d'un rail 3A, de section de préférence circulaire, les organes 8 de roulement, disposés de part et d'autre de ce rail en l'enserrant, peuvent, lors d'une extension du vérin 9 et d'un appui de l'élément 13 à contact d'appui roulant sur le châssis 2 porteur, pivoter autour de ce rail 3A en entraînant ainsi l'autre branche du chariot et par suite le galet presseur 7 équipant cette autre branche à venir s'appliquer contre l'élément 4 porte-joint. De manière particulière, le rail 3A de section de préférence circulaire servant de surface 3 de guidage au chariot 6 porte-galet 7 est solidaire d'un profilé 3B relié par l'intermédiaire des lames 5 ressort à l'élément 4 porte-joint. Ce profilé 3B est en outre relié au reste du châssis 2 porteur par l'intermédiaire de vérins 11 aidant à la mise en référence de l'élément 4 porte-joint par rapport à la surface réceptrice du joint. En effet, le positionnement de l'élément porte-joint 4 s'effectue en deux temps, le premier temps étant obtenu par déplacement du châssis 2 porteur, ce châssis 2 porteur étant entraîné en déplacement suivant au moins deux directions par des moyens 10 d'entraînement appropriés, tels que des rails, des chaînes, des vérins ou similaires. Une fois le châssis 2 porteur pré-positionné et mis en référence sur la carrosserie du véhicule à équiper, en particulier à l'aide de moyens de bridage et d'éléments de positionnement référencés en 12 aux figures, les vérins 11 sont activés pour permettre un déplacement de l'ensemble profilés 3B/rail 3A/chariot 6 porte- galet 7 et élément 4 porte-joint en direction de la surface réceptrice du joint de manière à positionner de façon définitive l'élément 4 porte-joint sur la surface à équiper. Le chariot 6 est ensuite entraîné manuellement ou automatiquement en déplacement de manière à permettre au galet 7 de parcourir la totalité de l'élément 4 porte-joint. Une fois ce passage du galet 7 presseur effectué, les vérins 11 peuvent être actionnés dans un sens inverse pour permettre le déchaussage du joint de l'élément 4 porte-joint puis le châssis 2 porteur est dans son ensemble déplacé pour être ramené dans sa position initiale. Une nouvelle opération de pose peut alors être effectuée. Elle nécessitera la mise en place d'un nouveau joint sur l'élément 4 porte-joint préalablement au déplacement de l'ensemble du châssis 2 porteur. Ainsi, une telle opération de pose s'effectue de manière extrêmement rapide et aisée sans risque de générer un allongement du joint ou un endommagement de la carrosserie, en particulier dans le cas de joint de grande longueur. Thus, this surface 3 of the supporting frame 2 guides the carriage 6 along a path as a function of the predetermined profile of the receiving surface to be fitted with a seal. The pressure roller, embedded on such a carriage 6, thus follows a perfectly identical trajectory to the profile of the receiving surface to be fitted with the seal. To allow the application of optimal pressure, the carriage 6 roller carrier 7 is pivotally mounted around the surface 3 for guiding the chassis 2 carrier and is equipped with a jack 9 causing, when actuated, by pressing on the supporting frame 2, the pivoting of the carriage 6 and consequently the pressurization of the roller 7 on the seal carrier element. Thus, as illustrated by the example shown, the roller-bearing carriage consists of a body having the shape of an L-shaped plate. One of the branches of the L, equipped with a handle, is provided with the jack 9 carrying at the end of its rod a member 13 intended to come into rolling bearing contact on a surface of the supporting frame 2. This plate is further equipped with rolling members 8, such as rollers, intended to cooperate with the surface 3 for guiding the carrier chassis by moving on the latter. The other branch of the carriage body is equipped at, or in the vicinity of, its end of the pressure roller 7. Because the surface 3 of the carriage guide 6 roller carrier 7 consists of a rail 3A, preferably of circular section, the rolling members 8, disposed on either side of this rail by enclosing it, can , during an extension of the jack 9 and a support of the element 13 with rolling contact contact on the supporting frame 2, pivot around this rail 3A thereby driving the other branch of the carriage and consequently the pressure roller 7 fitted to this other branch to come to bear against the element 4 seal holder. In particular, the rail 3A, preferably of circular section, serving as a surface 3 for guiding the carriage 6 roller holder 7, is integral with a profile 3B connected by means of the blades 5 spring to the element 4 seal holder. This section 3B is also connected to the rest of the supporting frame 2 by means of jacks 11 helping to reference the element 4 seal carrier relative to the receiving surface of the seal. Indeed, the positioning of the seal carrier element 4 is carried out in two stages, the first stage being obtained by displacement of the supporting frame 2, this supporting frame 2 being driven in displacement in at least two directions by means 10 d suitable drives, such as rails, chains, jacks or the like. Once the carrier frame 2 is pre-positioned and referenced on the body of the vehicle to be fitted, in particular using clamping means and positioning elements referenced at 12 in the figures, the jacks 11 are activated to allow movement of the assembly of profiles 3B / rail 3A / carriage 6 roller holder 7 and element 4 seal holder in the direction of the seal receiving surface so as to definitively position the element 4 seal holder on the surface to equip. The carriage 6 is then driven manually or automatically in displacement so as to allow the roller 7 to traverse the entire element 4 seal carrier. Once this passage of the pressure roller 7 has been carried out, the jacks 11 can be actuated in an opposite direction to allow the heaving of the joint of the element 4 joint carrier then the chassis 2 carrier is as a whole moved to be returned to its position initial. A new installation operation can then be carried out. It will require the installation of a new seal on the element 4 seal carrier before moving the entire chassis 2 carrier. Thus, such a laying operation is carried out extremely quickly and easily without the risk of generating an elongation of the joint or damage to the bodywork, in particular in the case of a very long joint.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif (1) pour la pose par collage d'un joint, tel qu'un joint de jet d'eau, sur une surface réceptrice, en particulier sur un encadrement d'ouverture, notamment de porte de véhicule automobile, par transfert du joint entre un élément (4) porte-joint du dispositif et la surface réceptrice, l'élément (4) porte- joint étant constitué d'au moins un profilé ayant au moins une face (4A) contre- profilée à la surface réceptrice destinée à recevoir la partie à fixer du joint et apte à être chaussée de manière amovible par le joint, cet élément (4) porte- joint, couplé à un châssis (2) porteur susceptible d'être immobilisé pendant l'opération de pose, étant apte à être pressé en direction de la surface réceptrice par l'intermédiaire de moyens dits moyens de mise en pression du joint sur la surface réceptrice, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (4) porte-joint est relié au châssis (2) porteur par une liaison (5) élastique autorisant un déplacement relatif de l'élément (4) porte-joint par rapport au châssis (2) porteur lorsque l'élément (4) porte-joint est sollicité par les moyens (6, 7) de mise en pression du joint.1.
