Abstract

L'invention concerne un matériau d'étanchéité pour parties de bord permettant une étanchéification facile et efficace de parties de bord dans des véhicules. Elle concerne un matériau d'étanchéité pour parties de bord destiné à étanchéifier la partie de bord de panneaux métalliques dans un véhicule, et comprenant au moins deux couches, soit une couche intérieure et une couche extérieure, formées selon une forme souhaitée permettant de prendre en sandwich et de recouvrir la partie de bord. La couche intérieure contient une résine thermodurcissable thermofusible/fluidifiable présentant une température de durcissement comprise entre 80 et 200 °C. La couche extérieure ne présente pas de changement de forme important par fluidification à une température comprise entre 80 et 200 °C. Par ailleurs, la couche intérieure contient des billes expansibles.
