It is based on the knowledge that among the methods mentioned in EP-A-0430150 for testing the smallest changes in quality of biological methods, even the simplest technical designs can be used sufficiently quickly and reliably for quality determination, as is shown here using the example of eggs. The only thing that matters is to compare the intensity of the incident light, which is specified as a reference, with sufficient accuracy with the changes in intensity caused by the presence of the sample - caused by light scattering. Surprisingly, the method EP-A-0430150 also offers these advantages if the photons are registered with the suitably positioned and sufficiently sensitive detectors described. In the event that quick checks are to be carried out, this saves time-consuming statistical analyzes. With a suitable technical implementation, it can be carried out in an extremely short time, which can be adapted to the requirements, of less than one second per object.
