Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine d'application de mortier pour la fabrication de murs, constituée d'un chariot (1) pouvant se déplacer grâce à des roues (7) sur le bord supérieur d'un mur ou d'une cloison (2) en construction. Ce chariot (1) comprend des éléments de guidage latéraux, amples, verticaux, qui s'adaptent aux parois latérales du mur (2) et permettent de guider correctement le chariot (1) sur le mur (2). Ces éléments de guidage restent à une distance sensiblement constante du mur grâce à des roues latérales et intérieures (8) rétractables et réglables en longueur, montées sur des ressorts (11) respectifs. Le chariot (1) comprend également une trémie (3) servant à stocker le mortier, dont la sortie se situe derrière le chariot. La sortie de la trémie (3) se termine par un train (4) réglable en hauteur et en largeur par rapport au bord supérieur du mur (2), permettant de contrôler l'épaisseur et la largeur de la couche de mortier déposée. Le chariot (1) comprend également un outil (19) de finition pour les joints situés entre les rangées de briques du mur (2).
