Abstract

L'invention concerne un meuble dont un élément de sa construction présente une structure multicouche. Au moins une couche de ladite structure est un panneau (6) fait à partir d'un matériau non transparent, de préférence un panneau de meuble en bois, et au moins une couche (7) en matériau conducteur de lumière. Le meuble comporte une source lumineuse (9) montée à proximité d'éléments conducteurs de lumière (7). Au moins une partie de la surface de l'élément conducteur de lumière est située à l'extérieur de l'article de meuble. Une partie de la surface extérieure de l'élément conducteur de lumière possède des propriétés de diffusion de lumière (10).
