Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production enzymatique d'un hydrolysat végétal, consistant : à laisser agir un mélange d'enzymes végétales et/ou bactériennes sur une substance végétale broyée issue d'une plante entière ou de ses parties, dans un milieu aqueux tamponné à un pH compris entre 6 et 8, et ; à isoler l'hydrolysat végétal obtenu, contenu dans la solution réactionnelle, sous forme de poudre sèche, par filtrage, puis séchage par pulvérisation.
