Abstract

Ein Zentrifugal-Ölabscheider umfasst einen in einem Gehäuse angeordneten Tellersepärator mit mehreren auf Abstand zueinander liegenden Tellern, zwischen denen Strömungswege für ein zu reinigendes Gas gebildet sind. Die Strömungswege verbinden einen auf der radialen Außenseite des Tellerseparators liegenden Anströmraum mit einem innen liegenden, axialen Abströmkanal. Über ein als Verdichterrad ausgeführtes Rotationselement, das im Bereich einer axialen Stirnseite des Tellerseparators angeordnet ist, wird dem Anströmraum unter Druck stehendes Gas zugeführt.
