Ventana monobloque, que consiste en configurar un marco o bastidor (2) y la hoja u hojas de cierre (3) mediante el moldeo en el interior de un molde con dimensiones apropiadas para su configuración final, incorporando medios de cierre e inmovilización.

VENTANA MONQBLOQUE
D E S C R I P C I Ó N
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente memoria descriptiva se refiere a una solicitud de Patente de Invención, correspondiente a una ventana monobloque, cuya finalidad estriba en configurarse como una ventana aplicable en cualquier hueco que se considere oportuno, acorde con las dimensiones de la propia ventana, la cual puede variar sus medidas de acuerdo con el tipo de molde empleado en cuanto a sus dimensiones se refiere, configurándose como una ventana que se establece y se fabrica a tenor de la pertinente fundición del material que la compone en un molde, que al ser desbloqueado da como resultado el cuerpo de una ventana que puede ser circular, rectangular o cuadrada, obtenida en una sola pieza, en la cual se fijan los pertinentes elementos de apertura de cierre, igualmente obtenidos de forma monobloque, no empleándose perfileria alguna para la configuración del bastidor o marco de la ventana, asi como para los elementos de cierre.
CAMPO DE LA INVENCIÓN
Esta invención tiene su aplicación dentro de la industria dedicada a la fabricación de ventanas y similares .
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Por parte del solicitante se tiene
conocimiento de la existencia en la actualidad de un gran número de ventanas, fabricadas en madera, perfileria de aluminio, plástico, hierro, las cuales se fabrican a partir de la unión por soldadura o por fijación e incluso machihembrado, en el caso de las ventanas de madera, dando como resultado después de la instalación, de la formación del marco o bastidor de la ventana, al cual se fijan los elementos de cierre que constituyen las hojas deslizantes o batientes.
Sin embargo, por parte del solicitante no se tiene conocimiento de la existencia en la actualidad de una ventana que esté configurada de forma monobloque, es decir que tanto su marco como las hojas de cierre estén fabricadas en un solo cuerpo, formando por un lado el marco y por otro los elementos de cierre, y todos ellos obtenidos en el interior de un molde, pudiendo estar fabricadas en aluminio, plástico o cualquier otro material que se considere oportuno, y que permita su moldeado.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La ventana monobloque que la invención propone, se configura en si misma como una solución a la problemática existente en la actualidad, facilitando de forma taxativa, tanto el montado de la propia ventana como los elementos que la configuran.
De forma más concreta, la ventana monobloque objeto de la invención, está constituida a partir de un marco, bastidor o cerco, que se obtiene de acuerdo con las medidas solicitadas en el interior de un molde, en el cual y después de desmoldearse, da como resultado la obtención del marco en cuestión, al que se fijan los
elementos de cierre, configurados como pestillos o nexos de retención, fijándose las piezas constitutivas del cierre propiamente dicho, como pueden ser las hojas, y obteniéndose consecuentemente un cuerpo monobloque que se fija al paramento o lugar oportuno por medio de medios convencionales .
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características de la invención, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, un juego de planos en el cual con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:
La figura número 1.- Representa una vista en perspectiva del objeto de la invención, correspondiente a una ventana monobloque, en la cual la pieza de cierre se encuentra parcialmente abierta.
La figura número 2.- Representa una vista en alzado frontal del objeto mostrado en la figura número 1, en la cual la pieza de cierre se encuentra totalmente abierta y situada en posición vertical.
La figura número 3.- Representa por último una vista de la invención con la pieza de cierre en su posición de bloqueo, y los elementos de fijación igualmente acoplados.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A la vista de estas figuras, puede observarse
como, la ventana monobloque (1), está constituida a partir de un marco o bastidor (2) fabricado en un cuerpo monobloque y obtenido en el interior de un molde por fundición del material constitutivo, con independencia de que sea plástico o metal, resultando en la zona interna una pieza de cierre u hoja (3), y disponiendo el marco o bastidor (2) de escalonaduras
(4) y (4') - que colaboran a mantener la hoja en posición abierta, e impiden su desplazamiento hacia la parte inferior, limitando su giro.
Sobre el marco (2) se fija un elemento de retención (6) que en colaboración con el cuerpo del cierre (5) que presenta un pestillo (7), genera la inmovilización de la pieza (3) sobre la (2), presentando un asidero (8) para facilitar, tanto la movilización del pestillo (7) como efectuar la tracción y apertura de la pieza (3) .
Por último debe indicarse que el marco o bastidor (2) , presenta en dos zonas opuestas, resaltes
(9) a manera de zonas semicirculares que impiden que la pieza (3) pueda movilizarse hacia el exterior por un lado y por otro, quedando perfectamente ajustada por la colaboración del pestillo (7) emergente del elemento portador (5) .
Claims
1.- Ventana monobloque, de las destinadas a ser fijadas sobre huecos existentes en paredes, muros y paramentos, caracterizada por estar constituida a partir de un marco o bastidor (2) y una pieza de cierre (3) , ambas fabricadas en materiales metálicos o plásticos, obtenidas por moldeo en el interior de un molde con dimensiones apropiadas para su configuración, presentando el marco o bastidor (2) dos resaltes de configuración semicircular, situados en puntos opuestos del interior del marco o bastidor (2), acoplándose interiormente una hoja de cierre (3), provista de un elemento (5) portador del pestillo (7) que se moviliza mediante un elemento de tracción (8), y que se acopla en una pieza retenedora (6) fijada al marco o bastidor (2) .
