Abstract

L'invention concerne un outil de machine de finition, et plus particulièrement, une structure d'unité de tête d'un outil de machine de finition dans laquelle un foret broyeur permet de réaliser un travail de finition à un niveau de pression uniforme au moyen d'une unité de pression statique automatisée et d'un système d'actionnement de moyens de levage pour en commander de façon plus stable le travail de finition afin d'améliorer la précision et la fiabilité du travail de finition d'une pièce à travailler. L'outil de la machine de finition comprend des unités de levage mobiles dans des directions axiales X, Y et Z et une unité d'entraînement de foret placé au niveau d'une extrémité de l'unité de levage axial Z en vue de travailler une pièce à travailler. L'unité d'entraînement de foret comprend : une unité de broche destinée à faire tourner un foret monté sur celle-ci à grande vitesse de sorte que le foret serve à travailler la pièce à travailler; et une unité de pression statique permettant de déplacer l'unité de broche en fonction de la pression appliquée au foret monté sur ladite unité afin de maintenir la pression appliquée au foret à un niveau uniforme. La structure de l'unité de tête de l'outil de la machine de finition comportant des directions de transfert axial X, Y et Z est améliorée de sorte que la vitesse de rotation du foret puisse être commandée de façon précise et qu'un travail de finition puisse être réalisé à une pression uniforme, augmentant ainsi la précision du travail de finition. En outre, les bruits et les vibrations inhérents au travail de finition sont réduits en vue d'améliorer la fiabilité du travail de finition.
