Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Ermittlung des Glanzes von Reis, insbesondere von Weissreis und ermöglicht eine objektive Beurteilung des Glanzes bzw. der Glätte der Oberfläche von polierten Reiskörnern. Hierzu wird eine Scherspannung auf eine Menge an Reis aufgebracht und es werden die zeitlichen Intervalle (T3) von Stick-Slip Effekten ermittelt, die wiederum Ausdruck des Poliergrades bzw. Glanzes sind.
