a、 漫游地用户 A向 CR 提起漫游用户呼叫代理服务请求;
b、 CRP接到漫游地用户 A的该服务请求后,向被叫发起回呼请求信息信 息, 到给被叫提供服务的消息服务处理系统, 消息服务处理系统获得被叫的位 置信息后, 向被叫的提供服务的交换节点 VMSC/VLRB发送消息, 最终发送给 被叫用户 B;

本发明通过在现有的移动通信系统中, 引入 CRP,接入完成对漫游用户的呼 叫, 提供一种能对现有网络设备没有特殊要求, 能够避免到归属地路由迂回的 方法和设备,从而改善对漫游用户的呼叫质量并节约主被叫不必要的长途费用。

3、 一种对漫游用户呼叫的代理方法, 其特征在于通过向漫游呼叫代理设备 发起请求,由漫游呼叫代理设备通知漫游用户回呼漫游呼叫代理设备并接通主 被叫。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的对漫游用户呼叫的代理方法, 其特征在于进一步包 括以下步骤:
a、 漫游地用户向漫游呼叫代理设备提起漫游用户呼叫代理服务请求; b、 漫游呼叫代理设备接到该服务请求后, 存储相关信息到等待通话数据存 储模块, 并向被叫发起回呼请求信息;
c、 被叫接收到该消息后, 回呼漫游呼叫代理设备;
d、 漫游呼叫代理设备接入被叫的呼叫, 并根据等待通话数据存储模块存储 数据, 确定被叫对应的主叫, 接通主被叫话路, 并关联主被叫的呼叫相关信息 作为一个呼叫来控制管理。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的对漫游地用户呼叫的代理方法, 其特征在于, 所述 的步骤 a中的漫游用户呼叫代理服务请求, 可以通过呼叫用户直接发起呼叫请 求来完成。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的对漫游地用户呼叫的代理方法, 其特征在于该呼叫 的方式可以通过拨打呼叫代理特服号码 +被叫号码的方式来完成。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的对漫游地用户呼叫的代理方法, 其特征在于如果被 叫用户是国际漫游用户拨号中的被叫号码, 则还需要在被叫号码之前加上国际 拨号前缀和被叫归属国加号。
8、 如权利要求 4所述的对漫游地用户呼叫的代理方法, 其特征在于所述的 步驟 a中的漫游用户呼叫代理服务请求, 可以通过发送呼叫预约消息的方式来 完成。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的对漫游地用户呼叫的代理方法, 其特征在于, 所述 的发送呼叫预约消息方式, 是通过 USSD ( Unstructured Supplementary Service Data ,非结构化补充业务数据)方式来完成。
10、如权利要求 8所述的对漫游地用户呼叫的代理方法, 其特征在于, 所述 的发送呼叫预约消息方式, 是通过短消息方式来完成。
11、如权利要求 4所述的对漫游地用户呼叫的代理方法, 其特征在于所述的 步驟 b中, 该回呼请求信息中, 包括对被叫用户拨打主叫用户所采取方法的指
12、如权利要求 11所述的对漫游地用户呼叫的代理方法, 其特征在于所述的 步骤 c中, 被叫用户收到回呼请求信息后, 回呼采用的号码, 是所述的呼叫代理 特服号码。
13、如权利要求 11所述的对漫游地用户呼叫的代理方法, 其特征在于所述的 步骤 c中, 被叫用户收到回呼请求信息后, 回呼采用的号码, 是所述的特服号码 +系统指示的号码。
14、如权利要求 13的对漫游地用户呼叫的代理方法,其特征在于该系统指示 号码是代表系统分配给本次呼叫请求的一个标识号, 或呼叫代理可以识别处理 的其他含义。
15、如权利要求 4所述的对漫游地用户呼叫的代理方法, 其特征在于所述的 步 d中, 如果没有主叫到漫游呼叫代理设备的呼叫连接, 可以通过如下步 建立连接:
dl、漫游呼叫代理设备判断主叫是否可以选择直接呼叫,如果是则直接呼叫 主叫建立呼叫连接, 否则进入步骤 d2;
d2、 漫游呼叫代理设备向主叫发送回呼请求信息;
d3、 主叫接收到该消息后, 回呼漫游呼叫代理设备;
d4、 漫游呼叫代理设备接入主叫的呼叫, 建立呼叫连接。
