Abstract

Роуминг без сотовой сети помогает избежать чрезмерных расходов в частной сотовой сети. Пользователь помещает модуль идентификации абонента из мобильного устройства в суррогатное сотовое устройство. Тогда суррогатное сотовое устройство может использовать модуль идентификации абонента для того, чтобы установить беспроводную связь в домашнем местонахождении частной сотовой сети. Суррогатное сотовое устройство может все же сообщаться с мобильным устройством, используя общедоступный Интернет. Когда суррогатное сотовое устройство принимает сотовый звонок или данные, сотовый звонок или данные могут быть направлены через общедоступный Интернет в мобильное устройство. Пользователь может таким образом использовать мобильное устройство в любой стране мира без платы за роуминг.
