- This game enters the field of those who use atraumatic bone osteotomes consisting of a series of bodies with a conical apical area and with progressive diameters, which individually and successively are introduced into the bone and subsequently extracted, using adequate manual means.
- This known technique has the disadvantage that it is not possible to use it in the jaw or in the posterior sectors of the maxilla, and also if the bone is very compact, types 1 and 2, percussions with a hammer must be performed, very annoying for patients.
- Bone-implant incongruities are created that derive from their specific form not adapted to that of the final implant to be placed; its introduction is done by manual means, keys, etc .; and avoid the combined use of strawberries.
- the present invention aims at a set of instruments and strawberries of new design, using, alternatively, new strawberries and new osteotomes, all motorized to be applied with the surgical motor.
- Another object of the invention is a set of instruments that allows to obtain a better directional control and torque control than with the usual techniques.

- the annular gasket (11) that has been presented without contact with the inside of the connector really is, so that when the connector hugs the section (13) of the osteotome, the gasket acts as an element of maintenance and retention of the assembly so that both elements cannot be inadvertently separated during their handling.
- the ring gasket (16) has the same purpose as the gasket (1 1), which is to prevent the separation of the ratchet from the connector.
- osteotomes have a conical-cylindrical geometry of progressive section, acting as wedges that gradually cause the crest to expand.
- the strawberries, used in combination and alternation with the osteotomes will allow us to expand the crest, for example in a lower jaw or an upper jaw in very compact bones, for example, type 1, 2 or 3 bones.
