Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé simple, économique et évolutif de purification du G-CSF humain de recombinaison exprimé dans des cellules E. coli. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à lyser le micro-organisme, à séparer les corps d'inclusion contenant le G-CSF, une procédure de lavage en plusieurs étapes des corps d'inclusion de manière à retirer une protéine, un LPS, et d'autres impuretés de cellules hôtes, une étape de repliement à un pH basique et une étape de chromatographie.
