Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Hohlleiter-Brennstoffzellenelement (1) mit einem innenseitigen Lumen (2), einer Innenelektrode (3), einer Aussenelektrode (5) und zwischen Innenelektrode (3) und Aussenelektrode (5) einer katalytischen und zumindest einer Protonen durchlassenden Schicht (4). Um einen ausreichenden Elektronentransport in das Brennstoffzellenelement hinein bzw. aus diesem heraus zu ermöglichen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass innerhalb der Innenelektrode (3) und/oder der Aussenelektrode (5) und/oder diesen direkt benachbart Leiter (10, 12, 13) anzuordnen, die speziell zum Hin- bzw. Abtransport zu bzw. von Elektrodenbereichen der Innenelektrode (3) bzw. der Aussenelektrode (5) ausgelegt sind.
