我率先在全世界提出用弹簧为主做机动车防撞器, 因翻开世界 任何大学、 大专、 中专机械专业教科书, 以至普通工人机械制图书 籍, 都有专页对弹簧作详细介绍, 例如全国技工学校机械系类通用 教材《机械制图》, 于 1993年 5月第三版 150页, 是这样描写 "弹 簧是一种弹性零件, 常用作减震、 储能、 夹紧和测力, 最常是圆柱 螺旋弹簧应用最为广泛。
发明内容
科学知识指导下, 用圆柱螺旋弹簧做防撞器, 推广焊在机动车 辆的最前端, 有着重要的社会效益和经济效益, 翻开报纸, 常有报 道, 国内外车辆严重撞车撞物, 因产生巨大撞击力, 一次就造成几 个人甚至 20多人的生命死亡。 凡重大车祸令世人闻者难过与宛惜。 货车后面也需要装上弹簧防撞器, 以防小轿车在一定车速下, 因货 车减速或突然停下来, 小轿车因刹车不住掣冲入货车后车箱下, 每 年都有一批小轿车司机或乘客因此重伤甚至死亡, 研制与推广防撞 器有三大目的如下:
第一个目的保证十年内 (注递交初审时怕被说成太夸张本专利 不被通过, 就写保证十年内, 现根据香港商报 3月 19日报道, 单是 中国 2001年一年内就有 106367人死于公路上, 认为有必要根据实 际改为保证一年内) 全世界一万人以上因坐的车辆装有防撞器, 因 撞车撞物 (如水泥建筑物) 从重伤或死亡行列获减免。
第二个目的是减免车辆与车辆相撞或物体时, 严重损坏甚至车 辆无法修理要报废, 确保未来十年内, (现改为确保一年内, 全世界 车辆前面装有弹簧防撞器, 减免出事的车辆因毁坏而造成亿元以上 经济损失。
第三个目的为乘坐车辆因撞车撞物而死亡的家属设想, 目前许 多中年人和青少年充满青春活力, 身强力壮, 真有活老虎都敢报名 去捉的身体与胆量, 但是车祸猛于虎, 早上告别亲人愉快离开家门, 当天亲人接获车祸重伤, 甚至不能接受的噩耗。 车祸伤亡大多数是 男性, 是家庭经济收入关键的一员, 重伤残废家属就要一生陪伴照 顾, 因车祸死亡家属就要白头发送黑头发的儿女, 许多长辈心痛欲 绝哭着说, 我死了好过儿女死, 这样悲壮语言, 死亡者是工薪一族, 就令这个家庭长期经济收入陷入困难, 及失去亲人在精神上的痛苦。
在 3 mm薄钢板上, 下两块宽度 220mm, 长度取决每辆车的宽 度, 将这两块钢板两边 30mm处压成 90° , 整块钢板成凹形, 在这 两块凹薄钢板内置三个弹簧, 两边各一个, 中央一个, 弹簧料直径 的规格是用 8~15mm (由客人和客户自己选用多少 mm材料做), 材 料质量可用普通炭素弹簧钢、 合金弹簧钢及不锈钢弹簧钢绕成直径 为 150mm 圆柱压缩弹簧, 高度采用 165mm, 并经过热处理, 回火 后 HRC42〜48, 表面发黑处理。 用 3枝直径 20mm, 长 200mm的螺 栓串过两块凹形钢板, 将弹簧夹于定位座内, 上紧螺母, 然后将螺 母焊在螺栓上以防脱出, 以上谨是小轿车、 货车、 客货车和货柜车 拖头等大小车辆常用标准弹簧防撞器, 将来投产可根据客人与制造 厂商的图纸要求做成各规格、 各形象 (如四方形、 长方形) 的弹簧 防撞器以产品大量供应车辆制造厂, 本发明人有信心与理由未来出 厂的车辆都装上本发明专利弹簧防撞器。 如需要弹簧防撞器减轻重 量, 设在车辆最前端凹铁可用尼龙化纤加薄钢板条代替。
然后按照每辆车两条底梁的垂直面之间的距离, 在刚做好的防 撞器以中心线两边均等的距离, 开两个间隙稍为大于底梁垂直面的 厚度的缺口, 然后插入底梁的垂直面的前方, 再用半自动焊机焊坚 固防撞器接触底梁的地方即已完成全部工作, 如像小轿车需要美观, 可以在防撞器外面加一个塑料外壳, 需要更加美观与高级盖上镀铭 拋光的外壳, 这样简单工艺任何技术员都明白做得到, 任何普通钳 工和电焊工都一目了然, 做得出来。
广州日报于 2000年 10月 6日报道一日凌晨 1时, 面包车因刹 掣不及撞货车, 造成 5死 3伤大惨剧, 撞车撞物刹时间造成多人死 亡及重伤的大惨剧经常发生。
因经济发达地区必然是人口集中地区, 人们离开家门就要广泛 使用车辆, 小轿车等各种机动车辆, 报纸常有报道严重撞车, 撞水 泥建筑物令人断手断足, 车毁人亡, 大惨剧的场面令人恐怖, 因车 辆前面用钢板或纤维塑料弯成做挡板, 行驶中, 当车速较快时, 各 种原因撞车撞物时是硬撞硬, 巨大撞击力迅速传给车辆两条底梁, 令车辆严重变形, 甚至报废, 车上的人受不住突然巨大撞击力受重 伤, 甚至死亡。
将车辆前面用钢板或纤维板做成的挡板折去, 改用半自动焊机 焊上防撞器, 发生撞车撞物时, 便一马当先, 先接触碰撞的车辆或 物体, 发挥了俗语所说 "养兵千日, 用在一时", 弹簧承受撞击那一 刻巨大的能量, 科学就在关键时刻出现, 弹簧的减震储能与可缩短 的特长发挥得淋漓致尽, 出色的表演能将巨大撞击能量储存并减 弱 "…- 撞击那一刻情况是软硬撞, 令车上的人感到没有那么突然, 身 体感到没有那么巨大的撞击力, 有极短的时间, 人能迅速用双手捉 住前方物体, 避免头部撞击物体而重伤, 甚至死亡。
车辆装防撞器有一举两得好处: 一得减免在车祸中人的死亡与 重伤数目, 二得大大减免在车祸中车辆损坏程度。
我坚信上一个世纪交通事故, 每年伤亡高企的数字必定给包含 科学因素的防撞器减少。

实现发明最好的办法是待专利批准后, 向传媒讲解这是科技产 物, 因为防撞器主要零件是弹簧具有縮短减震储能的功能。 虽然简. 单但有科学因素定能减免车祸中人的伤亡数字, 减免车辆被撞后损 坏程度, 世人一定用科学求实的态度, 在真与假, 是与非中作出公 正结论, 车辆装弹簧防撞器有一举两得的好处, 能达到就购买, 不 能谁都不要。
我深信全国人民, 全世界人民是懂科学, 讲道理与求实不是购 买神符保人长寿, 和无限期忍受全世界各地纷纷出现交通伤亡报道, 伤亡数字高企现象, 世人一定会购买弹簧防撞器装在车辆前面。 保 人在现代交通中长寿。

Claims

权 利 要 求 我在全世界率先发明弹簧机动机防撞器, 装在机动车最前方和 后方, 权利要求请按世界专利法规定年期内以下 5点得到法律保护。
1、 只有发明者有权用碳素弹簧钢、 合金弹簧钢和不锈钢弹簧钢 根据车辆制造厂和客户的图纸要求, 做成各规格、 各形状, 如圆形、 方形、 长方形弹簧防撞器。
2、 各类弹簧钢直径从 1mm到 50mm范围内是属于发明者使用 材料范围内, 任何人不能使用这范围内的各类弹簧钢做机动车防撞 器及出售弹簧防撞器达到赢利目的。
3、 本发明者可按实际及客方和厂家要求机动车防撞器选用弹簧 钢的数目, 从 1个到 50个以上, 例如电单车仅需 1个弹簧做防撞器 就足够。
4、 请求保护发明者用薄钢板压成凹字状有力学依据, 或选用合 适凹字状钢铁做防撞器的专利。 任何人以轻质材料为理由, 如用尼 龙、 玻璃纤维代替凹铁均属侵权, 大同小异与本发明使用凹铁状也 属侵权。
5、 只有发明者有权将弹簧为主防撞器装于汽油车、 柴油车, 如 小轿车、 公共交通车辆、 货柜车头、 轻、 中、 重型货车、 电单车、 客货车、 火车等机动车的前方和后方, 以及船只的前方, 由发明者 单独做出高质量的弹簧机动车防撞器, 严防非法之徒制造假冒弹簧 机动车防撞器, 从而真正减免撞车撞物时车毁人亡的车祸。
