CARBON FOOD COOKER AND ROASTED PLATE MANUFACTURING MATHOD USING CHARCOAL
Technical Field
The present invention relates to methods of manufacturing cookers and roasting plates, by use of charcoal. More specifically, the present invention is directed to a method of manufacturing cookers and roasting plates formed of charcoal capable of being heated quickly by less heat and evenly cooking foods while retaining heat for a predetermined period after being heated.
Background Art
As well known to those skilled in the art, roasting plates for use in doing meats or fishes are made of metals or nonferrous metals, and are heated by means of a heating source, such as a charcoal fire or a burner. However, since such roasting plates require long heating times and is not maintained in the state of being heated, it should be subjected to continuous heating. Further, upon heating, attributable to irregular combustion of the heating source, foods to be roasted are not evenly cooked and are half-done. As well, the surface of the foods is previously burnt by extreme heat before the inside of foods is sufficiently done, and it is difficult to eat such foods by use of conventional roasting plates. Also, conventional roasting plates are disadvantageous in terms of a high cost, because large numbers of the roasting plates are additionally bought with frequent replacement of the used roasting plates. In addition, workers requires for washing the used roasting plates and thus personnel expenses become higher. Hence, novel roasting plates without the above problems are required.
Disclosure of the Invention
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to solve the problems encountered in the related art and to provide a method of manufacturing cookers and roasting plates using charcoal, characterized in that such cookers and roasting plates can be quickly heated by smaller heat and maintained at high temperatures for a predetermined time. Thereby, roast meats can be evenly done and are more delicious. In addition, upon the use of such cookers and roasting plates formed of charcoal, emission of anions good to the human body results in easy digestion of the eaten foods, and as well radiation of far infrared ray leads to obtaining profitable effects, such as blood circulation and detoxification. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing cookers and roasting plates using charcoal, characterized by easily washing used roasting plates with flowing water while they are simply rubbed with the use of sponges. The roasting plates are not burnt during roasting the meats, and need not be frequently replaced with new ones. Thereby, personnel expenses required for washing the used roasting plates and the cost of buying additional roasting plates can be remarkably decreased. Further, the cookers and the roasting plates manufactured by the inventive method have a high heat efficiency, thus reducing fuel costs.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing cookers and roasting plates using charcoal, characterized in that, upon the use of such cookers and roasting plates, meat-roasting smells are decreased, and comfortable indoor environments are a result of controlling humidity, and the impurities of eats are decomposed by instantaneously absorbing water in meats. To achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a method of manufacturing cookers and roasting plates using charcoal, comprising the steps of finely pulverizing white charcoal burnt at 1200°C to a particle size of 100-120 mesh; firstly heating the pulverized charcoal in a first furnace at 2500°C; mixing 80-90% of the heated charcoal with 10-20% of a sap with stirring to prepare a mixture; molding the mixture by use of a mold having a cavity of an unglazed
earthenware bowl shape or a roasting plate shape to produce a product; polishing the molded product to finish a surface thereof; secondly heating the polished product supported by a strut in a second furnace at 3000°C for 72 hours; removing the secondly heated product from the strut; cooling the product removed from the strut at low temperatures for 120 hours; coating the cooled product to have a smooth surface; and thirdly heating the coated product at 400- 420°C for 25-30 min, to obtain a final product.
Brief Description of the Drawings
FIG. 1 is a process diagram illustrating a method of manufacturing cookers and roasting plates by use of charcoal.
Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
Below, a detailed description will be given of a method of manufacturing cookers and roasting plates by use of charcoal, in conjunction with the accompanying drawing. As shown in FIG. 1, the method comprises the steps of pulverizing white charcoal burnt at 1200°C to 100-120 mesh, firstly heating the pulverized charcoal in a first furnace at 2500°C, mixing 85% of the heated charcoal with 15% of a sap with stirring, and molding the mixture by use of a mold having a cavity of an unglazed earthenware bowl shape or a roasting plate shape. Then, the method further comprises polishing the molded product to finish a surface thereof, secondly heating the polished product supported by a strut in a second furnace at 3000°C for 72 hours, and removing the heated product from the strut. Also, the method includes cooling the product removed from the strut at low temperatures for 120 hours, coating the cooled product to make the surface of the product smooth, and thirdly heating the coated product at 400- 420°C for 25-30 min. Thereby, a desired product can be obtained.
Specifically, white charcoal, which is burnt in an oven at 1200°C, is
finely pulverized to a particle size of 100-120 mesh by means of a pulverizer. The pulverized white charcoal is introduced into a furnace maintained at 2500°C and firstly heated for a predetermined time and then naturally cooled.
80-90 wt% of the firstly heated white charcoal is mixed with 10-20 wt% of a sap, with stirring. Thereafter, the mixture is introduced into a mold having a cavity of a predetermined cooker shape or a roasting plate shape and then molded. As such, protuberances and burrs raised on the outer surface of the molded product are polished by means of an additional polishing tool, and thus the molded product has a smooth -surface and a good appearance. Then, the polished product is placed into a second furnace at 3000°C and supported by a strut therein, and then secondly heated for 72 hours, after which the heated product is removed from the furnace and then from the strut.
Such a product is cooled at low temperatures for 120 hours and then uniformly coated with a blend of finely pulverized white charcoal and water so as not to penetrate oil or water into the product. The coated product is thirdly heated at 400-420°C for 25-30 min, thereby obtaining a desired product.
Industrial Applicability
As described above, the present invention provides a method of manufacturing cookers and roasting plates using charcoal, which is advantageous in that such cookers and roasting plates can be quickly heated by less heat and maintained at high temperatures for a predetermined time. Thereby, roast meats can be evenly cooked and are more delicious. In addition, since the cookers and the roasting plates are formed of charcoal, anions good to the human body are emitted upon use of such cookers, and thus digestion of the eaten foods can be promoted. Further, due to radiation of far infrared rays, profitable effects, for example, blood circulation and detoxification, can be obtained.
Also, the used roasting plates can be easily washed with flowing water while they are simply rubbed with the use of sponges. The roasting plates are
not burnt upon roasting the meats thereon and need not be frequently replaced with new ones. Therefore, personnel expenses required for washing the used roasting plates and the cost of buying additional roasting plates can be remarkably decreased. Further, the cookers and the roasting plates manufactured by the inventive method have a high heat efficiency, thus reducing fuel costs.
Moreover, upon the use ' of the cookers and the roasting plates manufactured by the inventive method, meat-roasting smells are reduced, and humidity is controllable to obtain a comfortable indoor environment, and impurities of meats are decomposed by instantaneously absorbing water in meats. As well, the manufactured cookers and roasting plates have no toxic materials, such as Cd (mg/1), Cr (mg/1), Pb (mg/1), As (mg/1), Hg (mg/1), formaldehyde (mg/1), phenol (mg/1), etc, and thus are nonhazardous.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.
