Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'extraction continue d'échantillons gazeux destiné à des applications industrielles, ces échantillons gazeux présentant des températures pouvant atteindre 1500 °K, typiques des fours rotatifs utilisés dans l'industrie du ciment et dans des applications similaires. Le but de la présente invention est de réduire une éventuelle condensation et interaction des parties gazeuses entre elles en mettant au point un système qui maintient une température homogène supérieure à des températures critiques du point de rosée depuis la pointe du tube d'échantillonnage (6) jusqu'au point de connexion du tuyau chauffé (13). Pour atteindre ce but, on intègre tous les éléments mécaniques nécessaires dans le réservoir de recirculation du liquide de transfert de chaleur et on expose lesdits éléments (valves, éléments filtrants, pompe de recirculation, etc.) à la même température que celle du liquide de transfert de chaleur. En faisant du réservoir de sécurité de gaz comprimé (1) une partie intégrante de la structure de support de base, on garantit la disponibilité permanente du gaz comprimé requis pour l'extraction de la sonde au moyen d'un moteur pneumatique et on assure la purge du tube d'échantillonnage (6) et de l'élément filtrant (5).
