本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种智能燃烧器系统, 环保、节 能、 适用范围广, 且可靠性、 灵活性较好, 自动化程度较高。
本发明的技术问题是按如下技术方案实现的,构造一种智能燃烧器系 统, 其特征在于, 包括微电脑控制器及分别与其连接的进风量控制电路、 风机油泵控制电路、 大中小火控制电路、 高压点火电路及火焰监测电路, 还包括离心风机及分别与其连接的进风调节装置和燃烧头,所述进风调节 装置与所述进风量控制电路连接,所述离心机与所述风机油泵控制电路连 接, 所述燃烧头分别与所述大中小火控制电路、 高压点火电路及火焰监视 电路连接。
按照本发明提供的智能燃烧器系统, 其特征在于, 还包括油泵及与其 连接电磁阀, 所述油泵与所述风机油泵控制电路连接, 所述大中小火控制 电路通过所述电磁阀与所述燃烧头连接。
按照本发明提供的智能燃烧器系统, 其特征在于, 所述燃烧头包括燃 烧筒、 旋流板、 喷油嘴架及燃烧火焰背压调整装置。
按照本发明提供的智能燃烧器系统, 其特征在于, 所述进风调节装置 包括风门板、 '风门轴、 手轮、 步进电机及电机罩。
实现本发明智能燃烧器系统, 具有如下优点: 采用微电脑控制, 自动 化程度高, 可靠性、 灵活性较好, 并设置大中小火控制电路与微电脑控制 器连接, 具有大、 中、 小三段火, 能根据用户的需要而随意调节, 具有良 好的节能效果, 再则燃油充分燃烧, 能达到理想的环保要求, 大大减小了 环境污染。 附图说明

如图 1所示的智能燃烧器系统,包括微电脑控制器 1及分别与其连接 的进风量控制电路 2、风机油泵控制电路 3、大中小火控制电路 4、高压点 火电路 5及火焰监测电路 6, 还包括离心风机 7及分别与其连接的进风调 节装置 8和燃烧头 9,所述进风调节装置 8与所述进风量控制电路 2连接, 所述离心风机 7与所 风机油泵控制电路 3连接,所述燃烧头 9分别与所 述大中小火控制电路 4、 高压点火电路 5及火焰监测电路 6连接。 本发明 系统还包括油泵 10及与其连接电磁阀 11,所述油泵 10与所述风机油泵控 制电路 3连接, 所述大中小火控制电路 4通过所述电磁阀 11与所述燃烧 头 9连接。 所述燃烧头 9包括燃烧筒、 旋流板、 喷油嘴架及燃烧火焰背压 调整装置, 使风和油雾混合燃气, 并稳定燃烧火焰。 所述进风调节装置 8 包括风门板、 风门轴、 手轮、 步进电机及电机罩, 提供燃烧所需风量的大 小, 由微电脑控制器 1控制步进电机转动所需角度, 从而实现风门开闭的 大小来调整所需风量。
本发明系统通电检测无故障情况下进入工作状态时, 具有自动喷油, 自动点火功能: "大火"、 "中火"、 "小火"可以自动转换, 自动调节风门 进风量, 以便燃油燃烧达到最充分状态; 还可自动监测燃烧状态, 在燃烧 环境不充分或熄灭后, 本发明系统将自动停机 (自动保险制)。
