Said slot (4) is urged to be positioned on the pin (2) whereof the free part is then caulked on the lever (3) so as to form a shoulder, preventing said lever from being removed securing it to the cap (1), but, allowing it to be mobile in translation along the pin (2). When the user pulls the lever (3) away from the cap (1), he is provided with sufficient lever arm (3) to fold and uncrimp the cap (1) by thrusting upwards on the free end of the lever (3).
