Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zur variablen Arm- bzw. Schulterlagerung zur Verfügung gestellt. Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung kann insbesondere zur konservativen oder postoperativen Versorgung verschiedener Schulterverletzungen eingesetzt werden. Bevorzugt weist die Erfindung ein Distalelement (1), ein Proximalelement (2) sowie einen Achselkeil (3) auf, der bezüglich des Distalelements (1) und/oder des Proximalelements (2) zumindest höhenverstellbar ist. Bei einer weiteren erfindungsgemässen Ausführungsform ist das Distalelement bezüglich des Proximalelements zumindest winkelverstellbar und in einer dritten bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind sowohl Achselkeil als auch Distalelement verstellbar. Der Vorteil der Erfindung liegt in der variablen und unkomplizierten Einstellbarkeit der Orthese in Abhängigkeit von der Patientengrösse und der medizinischen Notwendigkeit.
