Abstract

La présente invention a trait à une monture de lunettes comportant des branches, un pont de nez, une armature et d'autres éléments. Elle présente une partie souple en matière plastique moulée par injection et au moins une partie rigide en matière plastique moulée par injection. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de ladite monture de lunettes comportant les étapes suivantes : a) une injection d'un matériau de caractère rigide destinée à constituer une partie de la monture de lunettes ; et b) une injection d'un matériau souple en fonction de la partie façonnée, de manière à constituer la monture complète. Une partie de ladite monture de lunettes est réalisée en un matériau rigide tel que du nylon, et ne présente aucune tendance à la rupture grâce à sa ténacité et son élasticité, de sorte qu'elle peut être repliée à volonté. L'autre partie est réalisée en un matériau flexible en souplesse et en élasticité tel que le caoutchouc, procurant du confort au porteur et évitant le glissement de la monture qui pourrait être provoqué par la transpiration.
