此外, 目前大部分的废橡胶例如废轮胎、 胶鞋、 及工业上使用的橡胶 废旧制品大多丢弃在垃圾堆中, 未能加以重新使用, 这不仅浪费了资源, 也会造成极大的环境污染。 本发明的内容
本发明的目'的是提供一种性能优良, 表面色彩艳丽的橡胶铺饰材料, 给人们的生活增添更多的装饰物品。
本发明的另一个目的是提供利用废旧橡胶的新方法, 达到废物回收再 用, 减少环境受到的污染。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的: 橡胶铺饰材料原料由废旧橡胶粒和 生胶、 硫化剂、 填充剂、 颜料和其它助剂混合组成, 表面涂附一层高分子 透明或彩色弹性膜。 所述的废旧橡胶粒包括经粉碎成粒状的工厂废橡胶制 品、 废旧轮胎及日用废橡胶生活品, 如胶鞋、 干净的胶手套等, 也可以使 用新胶制作胶粒; 生胶采用未经处理的天然橡胶、 合成橡胶; 硫化剂使用 橡胶厂常用的配方, 包括硫磺、 氧化锌、 硬脂酸、 硫化促进剂、 活性剂等; 填充料也与普通橡胶添加剂相同, 采用碳黑、 碳酸钙等; 颜料采用普通橡 胶颜料; 其它助剂也没有什么差别, 主要由防老剂, 软化剂等组成; 表面 涂附的高分子透明或彩色弹性膜采用环氧树脂或者聚氨酯液体橡胶, 也可 采用热塑性弹性体等。
. 上述各物质的成份和重量配比如下:
废橡胶 250— 2850份
生胶 100份
硫化剂 (含促进剂、 活性剂) 8— 20份
颜料 1一 5份
其它助剂 5— 10份
填充料 100— 150份
表面高分子透明或彩色弹性膜, 厚度为 0.02— 1.0mm。
以下是本发明橡胶铺饰材料的生产方法:
. 一、 备料 将废旧橡胶洗净, 去除杂质, 再打碎, 分离掺入橡胶内部 的其它废料, 包括纤维、 金属或塑料等, 然后筛选出所需的粒度, 根据铺 饰材料的厚度确定粒径, 如铺饰材料厚度为 3mm, 粒径则宜小于 3mm。
二、 掺炼 将上述打碎的带颜色的胶粒加入到预先混炼好的含有生 胶、 硫化剂、 颜料、 填料和助剂的胶料中, 在掺炼过程要注意保护旧橡胶 粒大部分不碎化, 根据后续工艺的要求, 于炼胶机上压出所需规格的胶片。
三、 压板 用普通平板硫化压制出半成品的硫化胶块或胶片。
四、 打磨及处理 用机械方法或半机械方法磨去胶块或胶片表面, 使 其显露出橡胶碎粒中的颜色, 或者不打磨而用化学方法对表面处理后在单 色的胶片表面用彩色弹性膜材料着色绘画或印花, 固化后直接得产品。
五、涂覆 在上述磨好的胶块表面喷上或涂附一层透明的有弹性的高 分子膜, 并使之固化、 即得到产品。
总结上述, 本发明先将废旧橡胶去除杂质、 打碎, 然后于炼胶机中与 已加入生胶、 硫化剂、 颜料、 填充剂、 助剂的母胶料按普通炼胶方法掺混, 然后压制成板, 将表面打磨出胶粒的花纹图案, 或在上面绘画着色、 印花, 最后涂覆上高分子弹 材料, 得到产品; 也可以不打磨而对表面用化学方 法处理后, 用彩色弹性膜材料在表面着色、 绘画或印花, 固化后得到产品。
本发明产品根据用户需要切割成不同的尺寸和形状, 也可根据炼胶机 的尺寸确定, 可做成室内铺地胶、 地砖, 或者公共场所入门摆放的防污垫、 电梯地面防污垫、 卫生间门口的防污垫、 阳台防雨栅、 还可作为化学实验 桌的防护垫。
本发明的突出的实质性特点和显著的进步是-
1、 产品具有较好的装饰作用, 无论是颜色, 还是图案, 都具有人们所 希望的靓丽性、 随意性和规律性, 而且这些色彩图案都能保证不褪色。
2、 产品作为地毯使用在室内时, 具有较好的保温性、 缓冲性、 绝缘性 和抗静电性, 作为室外使用时, 又具有较好的斥污性、 抗滑性和易洗涤性。
3、 产品中掺入了大量的废橡胶, 对资源的重新使用和保护环境起到了 利国利民的作用。
. 4、 生产过程简单, 可利用现有橡胶厂设备, 成本低, 比新橡胶制品可 降低成本 80%以上。
5、 无毒无污染, 无不良气味, 比化纤地毯性能好。
6、 使用领域广阔, 市场容量大, 厚制品可供运动场、 游乐场、 百货商 场地面铺设; 中厚制品可供舞台地面、 宾馆、 办公场地使用, 薄制品可供 居室、 火车、 轮船、 汽车地面铺饰使用。 本发明的具体实现方式

废橡胶 250-2850份
生胶 100份
硫化剂 (含促进剂、 活性剂) 8— 20份
颜料 1—5份
其它助剂 5— 10份
填充料 100— 150份
表面高分子透明弹性膜。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的橡胶铺饰材料, 其特征在于所述的高分子透 明或彩色弹性膜包括弹性环氧树脂、 聚氨酯液体橡胶、 热塑性弹性体等, 其厚度为 0.02-1.0毫米。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的橡胶铺饰材料, 其特征在于原料中废橡胶为 经粉碎成粒状的工厂废橡胶制品、 废旧轮胎及日用废橡胶生活品; 生胶采 用未经处理的天然橡胶、 合成橡胶; 硫化剂为硫磺、 氧化锌、 硬脂酸、 硫 化促进剂或活性剂; 填充料为碳黑或碳酸钙; 颜料采用普通橡胶颜料; 助 剂为防老剂, 软化剂。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的橡胶铺饰材料,其特征在于原料为硫磺 1份、 硬酯酸 1.5份、 氧化锌 2.5份、 硫化促进剂 0.6份, 生胶 50份, 碳酸钙 50 份, 绿色颜料 1.5份, 防老剂 MB 1份的胶料, 与预粉碎的废橡胶胶粒 250 份放到开炼机中混合惨炼。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的橡胶铺饰材料, 其特征在于原料为废橡胶粒 300份, 加入生胶 50份,硬酯酸 1.5份, 氧化锌 2.5份, 硫化促进剂 0.6份, 硫磺 1份, 碳酸钙 50份, 蓝色颜料 1份, 防老剂 MB1份, 软化剂机油 1.5 份, 于开炼机中混合掺炼。
6、 一种如权利要求 1所述的橡胶铺饰材料的生产方法, 其特征在于先 将废旧橡胶去除杂质、 打碎, 然后于炼胶机中与已加入生胶、 硫化剂、 颜 料、 填充剂、 助剂的母胶料按普通炼胶方法掺混, 然后压制成板, 将表面 打磨出胶粒的花纹图案, 或在上面绘画着色、 印花, 最后涂覆上高分子弹 性材料, 得到产品。
