Abstract

Das Verfahren zur mobilen On- und Offlinekontrolle farbiger und hochglänzender Automobilteiloberflächen (1a-1c) sieht eine kamergestützte (2), mit einer optischen Neuro-Fuzzy-strukturierten Bilddatenbank (4) verknüpfte und initialisierende optische Abtastung der Automobilteiloberfläche mit einem winkelabhängigen Spektralphotometer (6) vor, dass mit einer Computer-Aided-Optical-Quality-Datenbank (11) eine Aufbereitung der vom Detektor (8) kommenden Messsignale (10) erlaubt und die Beurteilung der vermessenen Automobilteiloberflächen gestattet. Die Datenanbindung erfolgt über ein neuronales Netzwerk (12) hin zu einem Leitstand für Oberflächenmesstechnik (14), der mit einem Produktionsplanungssystem (15), einem Kundeninformationssystem (17) und der Produktionseinheit (16) Automobilbelackung/-beschichtung verbunden ist.
