- the movable cylindrical valve 4 is slidably mounted in an axial direction between the body 5 of the connection plate 7, which is integral with the end 12 of the tube 2, and a cylindrical cover 13 covering said system , also integral with the tube 2.
- Said cover 13 has at its upper part a first cylindrical external bore 14 open at its two ends in which is guided and is capable of sliding a first cylindrical part 15 of the valve 4 when it operates in opening or in closing.
- the movable valve 4 comprises a second cylindrical guide part 16, concentric with the first 15, produced at the periphery of a bottom flange 17, extending from a lower zone of the first cylindrical part 15 of said valve 4 and coming into contact with a second internal bore 18 of the cover 13, open at its lower part only.
- the second cylindrical portion of the guide 16 of the movable valve 4 has an upper lip 19 and a lower lip 20 rubbing on the second bore 18 of the cover 13, in order to ensure sealing during the operation of said valve 4 from the open position to the closed position and vice versa.
- the wall of the cover 13 defining the second internal bore 18 thereof extends at its lower part to form a peripheral end edge 21 cooperating fixedly with a raised edge 22 of the plate.
- connection 7 is formed by a collar extending from an upper zone of a cylindrical sleeve 23 coming from said plate 7 at its lower part, which sleeve 23 cooperates fixedly with the upper end 12 of the tube 2 that he does his hair.

- the elastic return member 11 may be constituted by a plurality of radial arms 27 angularly spaced at identical angles and obtained by molding with an internal part of the cover 13, the arms 27 bearing on the flange bottom 17 of the movable valve 4, so as to recall it automatically when closing after opening.
- the elastic return member can be made of different shapes and materials but it must respond to the resolution of the spring function.
- a double seal is obtained at the level of the opening and closing area of the valve 3 by the combination of a first peripheral lip 29, produced on the seat 6 of the movable valve 4, in order to exert an axial action on a corresponding area of the end 8 of the body cylindrical 5 of the connecting plate 7 and of a second lip 31 also peripheral, also produced from the seat 6 of the movable valve 4, at a distance from the first 29, in order to exert a radial action on an axial part of said body cylindrical 5 of the connecting plate 7.
- the lips 29 and 31 constitute a double closure, therefore each is shifted in time, so that during the closure the residue of material located between the two lips is expelled towards the outside.
- the system comprises an air intake device constituted by a nozzle 32 produced at the bottom of the connection plate 7 and inside which is disposed a porous antibacterial filter (not shown ).
- This air intake allows the tube to return to its original shape and improve the emptying rate without the introduction of bacteria.
- the porous filter allows on the one hand the admission of external air to the cover towards the intermediate zone located between the connection plate 7 and the valve 4, containing material 10, from where towards the inside of the tube, and on the other hand the prohibition of penetration of bacteria from the outside to the inside and the escape of the product 10 from the inside to the outside.
- the system may include a closure cover, an internal support zone of which comes into compressive contact with the upper end of the valve 3, in order to lock the opening.
- This cover which can be hinged or screwed in the closed position, also makes it possible, thanks to its support zone, to prevent an unexpected movement of translation of the valve 4, which could cause the product to exit 10.
