Abstract

Bei einer luftgekühlten elektrischen Maschine, insbesondere einem Generator für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit einem Rotor (11) und einem ein Statorlamellenpaket (22) und eine Ankerwicklung (23) umfassenden Stator (21) ist zur Realisierung einer kostengünstigen, bauraumsparenden zusätzlichen Flüssigkeitskühlung ein von einer Kühlflüssigkeit durchströmbarer, einen Zu- und Abfluss aufweisender Kühlmantel (26) vorgesehen, der das Statorlamellenpaket (22) umgibt und über den Umfang des Statorlamellenpakets (22) mit diesem in Wärmeaustauschverbindung steht.
