Definitions

  • the invention relates to a fastening device for fastening lattice-like fence fields to a fence post, with a fastening flange which is fastened longitudinally to the fence post and runs parallel to it and has a structure on its side facing the fence field. It also relates to a fence with such fasteners.
  • fence posts are set to delimit a certain area and then grid-like fence fields are then attached to them. These grid-like fence fields are, for example, structural steel mats.
  • the fence posts have a fastening flange, as is described, for example, in DE 28 27 950 C2.
  • the fence posts proposed there with a triangular cross section and a T-shaped fastening flange attached to them have proven particularly useful, but other fence posts also occur.
  • clamps are used, as are known from DE 25 23 949 C2 or in a more modern form from EP 0 481 100 B1.
  • the fence posts cannot always be set up precisely vertically or at desired positions. Structural steel mats are also attached without paying attention to the horizontal orientation, so that they do not hang exactly or are not attached stably enough.
  • the object of the invention is to propose a fastening device for fastening lattice-like fence fields to a fence post, which enables faster assembly of the fence fields.
  • a base device which can be snapped onto the mounting flange which has a structure on the side facing the mounting flange which engages in the structure on the mounting flange, and that the base device bears support webs for the horizontal struts of the fence field.
  • a clip device which can be snapped into the base device, that the support webs at least reach the clip device when the clip device is engaged, and that there is a space for the horizontal and vertical struts of the Fence field between the base device and the clamp device is provided.
  • the fastening device essentially consists of three elements: First, the fastening flange is to be mentioned, which is also regularly provided for known fence posts and on which conventional clamps are mounted. There is no need to make any changes to this mounting flange on the fence posts, because this already has a structure in terms of production technology on its side facing the fence field. Knobs are also preferably used for this structure, that is to say in particular spherical segment-shaped elevations which are located on the surface of the fastening flange. Rectangular or other shaped elevations are also conceivable.
  • the second element namely the base device
  • This base device is simply pressed with one hand by the person involved in the construction of the fence against the fastening flange.
  • the T-shaped mounting flange expands the base device so that it can snap into place later. Since the base device has a structure on this side which engages in the structure on the fastening flange, it is not possible to slip off.
  • the fastening flange can be arranged on a fence post which, as in DE 28 27 950 C2, has a triangular cross section, but other, for example square or oval, cross sections are also possible.
  • This structure on the side of the base device particularly preferably consists of dome-shaped recesses which have exactly the dimensions of the knobs on the fastening flange and also take over their arrangement. Since the knobs on the fence posts are already practically standardized distances, this is easy to provide.
  • the exact vertical location of the attachment of the base device can be measured or balanced during construction. After all the fence posts have been provided with the base device, the fence field can simply be attached. Since the base device can also be attached with one hand, this can also be done depending on the location and special situation during the attachment of the fence field.
  • the fence field is simply placed on the support bars of the base device with its horizontal struts.
  • the third element essential to this invention namely a clamp device
  • This clip device is now snapped into the base device prepared for this purpose and in this way keeps the fence field clean between the clip device and the base device.
  • the fence field is thus secured against loosening in every conceivable direction.
  • the base device holds firmly in any direction on the mounting flange.
  • the clamp device in turn secures the fence field against the base device.
  • the multi-part construction of the fastening device makes it much easier to erect the fence, since no tools are required and all parts temporarily hold each other during assembly.
  • This fence also has the advantage that, in a preferred embodiment, it cannot be easily dismantled. This is a further requirement that is often made, because for reasons of vandalism or deliberate destruction attempts are made to dismantle the clamps and to move them by shaking so that the fence fields fall apart. However, this can be prevented by means of the grid elements and grid chambers preferred according to the invention.
  • the fence fields and the fence posts each enter into the base devices and clamp devices preferably non-positive and at the same time positive connections that cannot be released from the outside. If necessary, the detent means can be disengaged from the outside using special tools.
  • the non-positive and at the same time positive connection of the base device to the fence post or the mounting flange is preferably achieved in that the base device has on the side facing the mounting flange wings that engage behind the mounting flange and ensure a positive and non-positive connection of the base device and the fence post.
  • the wings have a section which initially protrudes vertically from the side of the base device facing the fastening flange, which section merges into a section bent inwards and back to the base device and ends in a free wing end with an intermediate space to the base device.
  • these sashes can lie flush on the side surfaces of the fence post and at the same time end with the free sash end behind the fastening flange and clamp it firmly and non-positively. In particular, loosening is then practically impossible from the outside.
  • the support webs project vertically on the side of the base device facing away from the fastening flange and that the clamp device has projections which can be inserted into recesses and latched there.
  • the recesses are bores in the support webs themselves, or that the recesses are provided in the base device next to the support webs, for example as bores.
  • the base devices like the clip devices, preferably consist of a plastic, in particular a thermoplastic, such as a polyamide or polypropylene. It is advantageous if the material is relatively stiff, weather-resistant, even in particular against low temperatures down to at least minus 20 ° C., and there is salt resistance. Also preferred is material resistant to ultraviolet radiation, for which polyamides and polypropylene are also suitable. For optical, but also for practical reasons, black or blackened plastic would be preferred.
  • the invention produces a number of advantages. In this way, closed post profiles made without recesses can be used. A weakening of the post cross-section is not necessary to carry out the assembly. The system is therefore insensitive to cavity corrosion.
  • the fastening device is to be installed without tools. As a suspension part for a steel grille, it can be snapped onto the mounting flanges of proven and stable posts by hand. After installing the base, a clip can also be snapped in by hand as a securing part for the steel grille and the base.

  • the fastening device also creates integrated noise insulation.
  • the base is supported laterally on the post to absorb a torque.
  • a butt assembly of steel grids of the so-called "F" type is also possible, since the dimensions can be selected accordingly.

  • This two-piece base device has a first base element and a second base element, which are essentially mirror-symmetrical to one another with respect to a vertical plane in the installed state, which is perpendicular to the fence field.
  • the two base elements can be connected to one another during the assembly process.
  • this variant has no clamp device and is therefore correspondingly less expensive.
  • the two base elements are brought into the flange of the fence post from two sides, so that they largely encompass it, and then connected to the fence post. This is most conveniently done by means of a plug connection.
  • the structures on the flange surface on the one hand and the opposite surface of the base device on the other hand also snap into one another.
  • the two-piece base device according to this embodiment also has corresponding structures, which are either carried by one of the two base elements or are preferably evenly distributed over the two base elements.
  • the support webs are preferably provided on their upper side with a recess which enables the horizontal struts of the fence field to be inserted.
  • This can also be provided in the above embodiments, but is particularly useful in the version in question here.
  • the person skilled in the art will practically make the support webs somewhat stronger and more stable than is required in the other embodiments in order to increase the durability. With the above Embodiments can be worked less strongly and stably at this point, since the clamping device largely supports the load-bearing function.
