Abstract

La présente invention concerne des compositions enzymatiques destinées à augmenter la pondaison chez des volailles, à augmenter la dureté des coquilles d'oeufs, à prolonger la période d'oviposition et/ou à augmenter la densité osseuse, lesdites compositions comprenant une enzyme capable de former un oligosacchride difficilement digestible à partir des matières fibreuses dans le tube digestif de volailles, et un excipient pour les compositions enzymatiques. L'invention a également pour objet des préparations alimentaires contenant l'enzyme mentionnée ci-dessus, permettant l'augmentation de la pondaison chez des volailles, l'augmentation de la dureté des coquilles d'oeufs, la prolongation de la période d'oviposition et/ou l'augmentation de la densité osseuse.
