Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de réception de services par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau informatique (IPN), de préférence par l'intermédiaire d'Internet. Selon ledit procédé, une prestation de service est sélectionnée par un premier terminal informatique (C1) sur une unité de prestataire (VS) connectée au réseau informatique, des données d'identification destinées à l'identification de la connexion entre le premier terminal informatique (C1) et l'unité de prestataire (VS) sont transmises à une unité de commande (SE) connectée au réseau informatique (IPN), une autre connexion est établie vers l'unité de commande (SE), de préférence par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau de télécommunication, des informations concernant la prestation de service sélectionnée sont transmises à l'unité de commande, et l'unité de commande (SE) ordonne éventuellement à l'unité de prestataire (VS) de libérer le service sélectionné, après contrôle des informations et des données d'identification.
