Abstract

Reagents that regulate human serine/threonine protein kinase NEK3 and reagents which bind to human serine/threonine protein kinase NEK3 gene products can play a role in preventing, ameliorating, or correcting dysfunctions or diseases including, but not limited to, cancer, particularly colon cancer, cardiovascular disorders, CNS disorders, diabetes or COPD.
