Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'un alliage ternaire d'argent, de cuivre et de germanium ou un alliage quaternaire d'argent, de cuivre, de zinc et de germanium. Ce procédé consiste à couler un mélange fondu d'argent, de cuivre, de germanium et éventuellement de zinc de façon à former un alliage solidifié et à traiter et recuire la plaque afin de réduire son épaisseur et recristalliser les grains dans l'alliage. Le recuit est effectué sous une atmosphère d'oxydation sélective, de préférence une atmosphère comprenant de l'azote, de l'hydrogène et de l'humidité de façon à obtenir un alliage solidifié, et à traiter et recuire la feuille afin de réduire son épaisseur et recristalliser des grains dans l'alliage. Le recuit est effectué sous une atmosphère d'oxydation sélective, de préférence une atmosphère comprenant de l'azote, de l'hydrogène et de l'humidité de façon à obtenir une résistance aux taches dues au feu et une meilleure résistance de l'alliage au ternissement..
