Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Getriebescheiben (1) für ein stufenlos verstellbares Getriebe, bei welchem zumindest ein Paar der Getriebescheiben (1) mit ihren Transmissions-Oberflächen (2) gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist, welche im Betrieb des Getriebes mit einem Kraftübertragungselement kraftschlüssig in Kontakt sind, auf einer Vorrichtung mit mindestens einer Werkstückspindel (3) und mit einer Schleifscheibe (4), welche zum Schleifen der Transmissions-Oberfläche (2) zumindest einer Getriebescheibe (1) über eine Schleifspindel (5) angetrieben wird. Beim Schleifen der Transmissions-Oberfläche (2) wird eine wiederholte, bezüglich der Werkstückspindel (3) radiale relative Pendelbewegung zwischen der Schleifscheibe (4) und der Getriebescheibe (1) ausgeführt, so dass der Schleifbereich der Schleifscheibe (4) zwischen einem Innenradius (2.1) und einem Aussenradius (2.2) der Transmissions-Oberfläche (2) hin- und herwandert, wobei die Getriebescheibe (1) so mittels der Werkstückspindel (3) rotiert, dass die gesamte Transmissionsoberfläche (2) geschliffen wird.
