Abstract

L'invention concerne le travail des métaux par pression, en particulier les techniques de redressage de produits laminés ronds, de tuyaux par exemple. Ce procédé de redressage de produits laminés ronds mis en oeuvre par flexion elasto-plastique alternée du produit laminé consiste à former des zones de redressage au moyen d'anneaux de redressage à rotation forcée, disposés de manière excentrée par rapport à l'axe de redressage. Ce procédé consiste également à définir une valeur d'ajustement des excentricités en tenant compte de la courbure moyenne du produit laminé et de la distance entre les centres des anneaux. Lors du redressage, les excentricités des anneaux sont modifiées en fonction du redressage prédéterminé. Lors du redressage des parties d'extrémité du produit laminé, un nombre minimum d'anneaux de redressage est utilisé. Ces derniers sont groupés de sorte à être placés le plus proche possible les uns des autres, un schéma d'inclinaison des anneaux étant prévu pour les déplacer et l'excentricité du groupe, comprise entre 0,2 et 0,9 de sa valeur d'ajustement, étant établie. Lors du redressage de la partie centrale du produit laminé, au moins quatre anneaux de redressage sont utilisés, ces anneaux étant répartis sur la longueur de la zone de redressage.
