Abstract

La présente invention concerne un distributeur (101) de produits alimentaires (119) sous forme granulaire ou pulvérulente, par exemple, du fromage râpé et des produits alimentaires en vrac similaires. Ce distributeur (101) est un support (120) à deux coquilles, comprenant une première coquille (104) et une deuxième coquille (105) fermées sur elles-mêmes. Chaque coquille (104, 105) est moulée en une pièce à partir d'une seule feuille d'un matériau plastique synthétique. Ces coquilles sont assemblées le long d'une ligne de bord (106). Au moins une coquille présente un trou de distribution (114) et une étiquette (116) que l'on peut déchirer , qui recouvre ce trou (114). Avant l'étape de soudage, ces coquilles (104, 105) présentent des bords latéraux thermosoudés (109, 110) et des bords supérieurs rapprochés (111, 112). De manière avantageuse, l'invention concerne un procédé automatique pour fabriquer ledit distributeur. Ce procédé consiste à ouvrir l'extrémité supérieure du distributeur en appuyant sur lesdits bords latéraux (109, 110) ce qui ouvre l'ouverture car lesdits bords supérieurs (111, 112) s'écartent l'un de l'autre. Ce procédé consiste ensuite à remplir le distributeur avec le produit alimentaire par ladite ouverture et à thermosouder lesdits bords supérieurs (111, 112).
