Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'éjection pour machine à mouler, telles que machines à mouler par injection, machines à mouler par compression et analogues. Le dispositif d'éjection comprend un outil éjecteur (40) qui est fixé sur une plaque d'éjection (30). La plaque d'éjection (30) est déplacée par des moyens d'entraînement, à partir d'un écrou à broche (60) et d'une broche filetée (54), en direction d'un plateau porte-moule (10) en vue d'éjecter une pièce moulée d'un moule. En vue de disposer d'une force élevée au début du processus d'éjection, l'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un entraînement mécanique supplémentaire comportant un autre écrou à broche (50) et une partie filetée correspondante (52), et en ce que le pas de filetage de la partie filetée (52) est inférieur à celui de la partie filetée (54). Le second écrou à broche (50) peut être entraîné en rotation à l'encontre du plateau porte-moule, mais est retenu afin d'empêcher son déplacement axial. Lorsque le second écrou à broche tourne, il déplace la broche filetée et, de ce fait, la plaque d'éjection, en direction du plateau porte-moule, ceci avec une force relativement élevée.
