Abstract

Vorrichtung und Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Bestimmung des Fettgehaltes von Fleisch. Verwendet wird ein Föfderband, auf dem die zu untersuchenden Fleischstücke an einer Strahlungsquelle als Fettanalysemittel vorbeigeführt werden. Vorzugsweise wird die Abschwächung eines von der Strahlungsquelle ausgehenden Röntgenstrahls mit Hilfe eines Detekors gemessen, um den Fettgehalt zu bestimmen. Eine Wiegevorrichtung, bevorzugt eine Bandwaage, Bestimmt kontinuierlich das Gewicht der zum Zeitpunkt der Messung auf dem Förderband befindlichen Fleischmenge. Damit kann neben dem gemessenen relativen Fettgehalt des Fleisches auch der absolute Fettgehalt berechnet werden. Weiterhin wird ein Verfahren zur automatischen Einstellung eines bestimmten Fettgehaltes in einem Mischer beschrieben, wobei das untersuchte Fleisch vom Förderband in den Mischer transportiert wird. Der akkumulierte Fettgehalt im Mischer wird berechnet, mit einem Sollwert verglichen und das Förderband entsprechend mit magerem oder fettem Fleisch bestückt.
