Abstract

Bei einem Lasersender, insbesondere für Freiraumdatenübertragung und/oder Schusssimulation, mit einer einen Laserstrahl (10) aus Laserimpulsen erzeugenden Laserdiode (11) und mit einer der Laserdiode (11) im Strahlengang nachgeordneten Senderoptik (13) zur Beeinflussung des Strahlprofils (15) und der Intensitätsverteilung im Strahlenprofil (15) ist zur Erzielung höherer Reichweiten mit über die Entfernung nahezu konstantem Wirkungsquerschnitt (16) des Laserstrahls (10) die Senderoptik (13) so ausgelegt, dass die Intensität im Strahlprofil (15) von einem räumlich begrenzten, Intensitätsmaximum im Profilzentrum aus zu dem Profilrand hin annähernd mit dem Quadrat des Abstands (r) abfällt.
