Abstract

Es soll ein wirtschaftliches und zeiteffektives Verfahren zur Enzymgewinnung mit hoher Produktausbeute und ohne besonderen gerätetechnischen Aufwand geschaffen werden. Überraschend hat sich gezeigt, dass Enzyme von Pilzen aus der Ordnung Agaricales ohne Fixierung auf einen Träger in an sich bekannten Produktionsgefäßen, wie beispielsweise Rührkesselreaktor etc., gewonnen werden können, ohne bei der Enzymbildung in der Nährlösung die Scherkraftbelastung reduzieren zu müssen. Die Enzymgewinnung ist besonders effektiv in einem zyklischen oder kontinuierlichen Prozess durchführbar. Herstellung ligninolytischer Enzyme, insbesondere Manganperoxidase (MnP) und Ligninperoxidase (LiP), beispielsweise zum Abbau toxischer Fremdstoffe.
