Abstract

L'invention concerne un couvercle renforcé pour appareils électrodomestiques, comprenant des renforts de couvercle constitués de lames (1) perpendiculaires au plan, parallèles et équidistantes, appuyant contre la face interne du couvercle par l'intermédiaire de pattes (2), lesdites lames étant recouvertes d'un revêtement en plastique (3) et entourées d'éléments de support (4). La structure du couvercle comprend : un panneau (5) en plastique recouvert de mélamine ou d'un film à motif (6), renforcé par des lames (1) et dont les bords sont entourés par un cadre (7). Le procédé de fabrication de ce couvercle comprend : un déroulement (8) de lame, un redressement (9), un profilage (10), un préchauffage par induction (11), un découpage par cisaillement (12), un transfert robotisé (13) vers des machines à injecter (14), une alimentation robotisée (15) des machines à injecter (14) avec du papier mélaminé ou un film à motif, une surinjection du revêtement de renforts, l'évacuation robotisée (15) des panneaux renforcés, et la surinjection du cadre dans une autre machine à injecter.
