- conventional headrests used in automobile seats and/or easy chairs are conceived in Polyurethane foam injected on a structure or metallic core, being the foam that conforms the headrest later on finished by a flexible covering such as synthetic or textile-fiber fabric, or even by synthetic or natural leather.
- these headrests conventionally known and obtained in Polyurethane foam present some inconveniences such as: low headrest mechanical strength which allow for deformations; the significant flexibility of the foam allows for deformation through load memory causing an irreversible deformity to the headrest with usage; another disadvantage refers to the vulnerability of the Polyurethane foam to climatic conditions allowing for foam drying or even foam saturation due to humidity of several natures that deform the headrest as a whole.
- One of the goals of the present invention is, therefore, to provide a device introduced in a headrest to be adapted to backrests of seats and/or easy chairs that presents high mechanical resistance without interfering in the degree of comfort necessary for the backrest.
- Another goal of the present invention is to provide a device introduced in a headrest to be adapted to backrests of seats and/or easy chairs that is resistant to deformation and that does not allow for deformation due to load memory, which would cause an irreversible deformity on the backrest with usage.
- Another goal of the present invention is to provide a device introduced in the headrest to be adapted to the backrest of seats and/or easy chairs that is not vulnerable to climatic conditions, always presenting an intact structure and being anatomically adequate to the conditions of use.
- Another goal of the present invention is to provide a device introduced in the headrest to be adapted to the backrest of seats and/or easy chairs that is easy and fast to be produced and installed reducing, thus, production and assembly costs.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif installé dans des appuis-tête destinés à être adaptés sur des dossiers de sièges et/ou des fauteuils, comprenant une paire de parties (10, 20, 20a, 20b) articulées les unes par rapport aux autres par l'intermédiaire de leurs bords (11, 21) et obtenues dans un seul moule selon une technique de soufflage. Chacune des parties mentionnées (10, 20, 20a, 20b) présente, au niveau de sa face externe (12, 22), une surface de contour convexe pratiquement trapézoïdale, comportant des bords latéraux ronds. Chaque partie (10, 20, 20a, 20b) présente, à l'intérieur, des évidements, des épaulements, des goulottes et des spirales (13, 14, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29) disposées de manière adéquate, assurant un assemblage mâle/femelle entre les parties (10, 20, 20a, 20b) et une structure métallique (30) qui soutient l'appui-tête, une fois ce dernier assemblé, sur le bord supérieur du dossier (E) du siège ou du fauteuil.
